We are a fast-growing startup dedicated to accessible web development. With almost 40 employees on 3 continents, we develop solutions that recognize accessibility problems on websites and suggest solutions. We are looking for you to join our support team in Leipzig, Würzburg or in your home office.

Tasks and challenges:
- Supporting our customers with technical questions and concerns by e-mail, video call or telephone
- Technical setup and customization of our software with the customer
- Recognizing and solving technical problems that can occur during integration
- Management and monitoring of support tickets and requests
- Diverse work on our website and in projects with the development team
- Prospective management position in the support team possible
That's what we expect from you:
- Sound knowledge of web development, especially HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience or interest in the topic of digital accessibility
- Ideally experience in customer service
- You work independently and reliably
- Good knowledge of German and English
