The EU Directive 2102 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies requires public sector bodies throughout the EU to make their websites and mobile applications accessible and to publish an accessibility statement. We have prepared the following text to supplement this statement:
This website uses Eye-Able® software from Web Inclusion GmbH to provide users with a barrier-reduced view of visual content. Eye-Able® helps to adapt the website to the individual needs of visitors. Eye-Able® features include:
- an adaptive font enlargement,
- a free adjustment of color contrasts,
- a read-aloud function with integrated keyboard navigation,
- a blue filter,
- a night mode,
- an instant view for connecting several functions,
- a compensation of color weaknesses and
- further functions for an individual view of the website such as a larger mouse pointer, sans serif font and the hiding of images, animations and sound
The corresponding menu can be opened by clicking on the Eye- Able® icon or using the keyboard shortcut "ALT + 1". All functions can also be controlled using the keyboard (instructions via "ALT + F1"). You can find more information at: www.eye-able.com
