Extension not yet installed
You may not have installed the extension yet. You can do this here:
Eye-Able® side excluded from extension
Pages can be excluded from the configuration of your assistant via a submenu of the extension (by clicking on Eye in the browser). If you have done this for the Eye-Able® website, the assistant software will not appear here.
Browser outdated
Due to its wide range of functions, Eye-Able® is only supported by the latest browser versions. You may be able to solve your problem by updating your Internet browser.

Can I use Eye-Able® on several devices?
You can easily use Eye-Able® on multiple devices and browsers.
Eye-Able® and data protection
Eye-Able® runs all browser extensions locally in your browser and does not transfer any data to our servers. All your settings are only stored on your computer. Eye-Able® needs access to the content of the website for the visual adjustments. However, none of your data is collected in the process.
