We are incredibly proud and delighted to be working with SV Werder Bremen. Together we have significantly improved the accessibility of their official website. From now on, visitors to the club's website can access over 25 functions via an icon on the right-hand side of the screen to customize the website to their visual needs.
Our tool allows users to change contrast modes, set adaptive magnifications and activate color fading filters, to name just a few of the many customization options. This opens up a completely new user experience for Werder fans with different visual abilities. In Germany alone, 1.2 million people are classified as visually impaired.
The integration of our software is a significant step that further advances our mission to promote digital participation and accessibility. SV Werder Bremen has already proven in the past that it cares about the inclusion of all fans. Visually impaired fans have been able to follow the club's home matches in a direct stadium atmosphere for several years now thanks to the accessible live reportage "WerderFM".
At Eye-Able®, we firmly believe that digital accessibility is a basic requirement for an inclusive society. That's why we developed our assistive software. Today, Eye-Able® is already integrated into more than 1,500 websites. The partnership with SV Werder Bremen shows that joint efforts can lead to groundbreaking changes.
