The Arbeiter Samariter Bund in Schleswig Holstein is taking a step towards digital accessibility, as the Eye-Able icon now adorns the aid organization's website. The classic white Eye-Able figure can be seen on the right-hand side. And all in the style of ASB, on a red background.
Aid organizations in particular should be accessible to as many people as possible. Of course, this also includes the areas that take place in the digital space. With our assistance tool, ASB SH will also enable people with age-related visual impairments, visual impairments and cognitive disabilities to participate digitally in the organization's daily activities in the future. This means that the homepage is not just accessible to some people, but to everyone.
The Schleswig Holsteiner Arbeiter Samariter Bund now has the full range of Eye-Able services at its disposal. As always, the integration of our assistance software was quick and easy. Over 25 accessibility functions are now available. These naturally support anyone who needs help using online content, but also those who simply want to customize a web interface according to their individual needs .
This is not the first time that ASB SH has been committed to inclusion. For example, 59 barrier-free apartments have been provided at Stakendorfer Tor in Schönberg since 1995, all of which have balconies and are also accessible via an elevator.
We are delighted to be working with an institution like ASB. Together, we are pursuing the same goal: helping people and making the world a more inclusive place. Only by working together can we succeed in bringing digital accessibility to every last corner of the world. Together, for more digital inclusion!
